- Total net inflows at €262 million in September (€4,059 million YTD)
- Assets under Custody (AUC) net inflows grew further to €255 million (€2,200 million YTD)
Milan, 10 October 2022 - Total net inflows amounted to €262 million in September, bringing the YTD figure to nearly €4.1 billion. In a market context that continues to be very complex, this result reflects the Bank’s solid commercial trend.
In September, the net inflow mix — influenced by the ongoing volatility and the negative financial market trend — focused on protection and liquidity, and particularly on Assets under Custody (AUC), which amounted to €255 million in September (€2.2 billion YTD), and current accounts (€81 million in the month; €1.1 billion YTD).
Among managed solutions (€1.2 billion YTD), financial wrappers contributed with €37 million, confirming their good trend (€471 million YTD) thanks to their personalisation and diversification features particularly appreciated by our customers.
Net inflows from Assets under Advisory amounted to €383 million YTD. Total assets reached €6.8 billion, net of the market performance in the period.
Chief Executive Officer and General Manager Gian Maria Mossa stated: “This was a month of great volatility and uncertainty due to economic and geopolitical tensions, and we stood alongside investors in facing their wealth protection challenges. Our solid net inflows and focus on AUC solutions confirm the guarantee and quality represented by our brand and our professionals. Faced with market complexities, at our strategic meeting with our bankers in September we redefined our guidelines for the coming months, adding several initiatives and new products. This makes us very confident we will achieve a further robust acceleration in the fourth quarter of the year."
